factor therapy, a technique that isolates wound healing
agents from a patient’s blood.
Hyperbaric Medicine
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a treatment in which patients
are given pure oxygen under pressure. (Hyperbaric oxygen
is also used to treat carbon monoxide poisoning and
