The Carraway – Thuss Occupational Health Clinic is located on the 2nd floor at 3001 27th Street North. The clinic is conveniently located in North Birmingham and provides x-ray and physical therapy on site. Some of the services offered include: workers compensation injuries, functional capacity evaluations, work conditioning/work hardening program, post-offer physicals, drug screens, D.O.T. physicals, annual physicals, executive physicals, evidential breath alcohol testing, physical/occupational therapy, wellness exercise program, hearing and vision screening, pulmonary function testing, on-site vaccination program, minor office surgery, on-site health fairs, ergonomic assessment and job site assessments.
